Seal Coat

Seal Coating is the process of applying an emulsified asphalt sealer to asphalt surfaces in order to protect and revive your pavement investment. Seal Coat will fill minor cracks and depressions providing a smooth, attractive, and long lasting finish that will enhance the curb appeal of your property. Seal Coat prevents water penetration and counteracts the oxidizing effects of the sun by reintroducing fresh oil into the pavement. It is recommended that sealcoat be applied to new asphalt within a year of the initial construction of a parking lot to ensure maximum protection, and every 3-5 years thereafter.
